I came out of an emotionally abusive relationship and did everything right. I went to therapy. I read the books. I talked it through with people I trusted.
I still felt stuck.
From the outside it looked like a breakup. But I knew it wasn't. Something had been systematically dismantled — my confidence, my sense of self, my ability to trust my own instincts. And none of the things I was trying were moving that.
The thing that actually started to move me forward was physical movement. Small, deliberate, consistent action.
Not because exercise is magic — but because showing up physically gave me proof that I was still capable. Proof that I could still do hard things. Proof that I hadn't completely lost myself.
Every session I completed was evidence. And slowly — very slowly — that evidence started to rebuild something.
Here's what I know now that I wish someone had told me then:
You can't feel like yourself again. You have to rebuild.
That's what the Confident & Strong Project is. It's the starting point I wish I'd had.

Most fitness programs are built for people who are already motivated. Already moving. Already in a reasonable headspace.
Mine is built for people who are none of those things yet.
If you're doing the bare minimum just to get through the day — this is for you.
If you haven't felt like yourself in a long time — this is for you.
If you know deep down that waiting isn't working — this is for you.
The Confident & Strong Project combines physical movement, mindset work and habit rebuilding into a structured program that meets you exactly where you are — not where you think you should be.
The physical results are real. But they're a byproduct. What we're really building is evidence — daily, repeatable proof that you are still capable. Still strong. Still someone who shows up for themselves.
That's how confidence comes back. Not by waiting for it. By rebuilding it — one day at a time.

I'm a certified personal trainer with qualifications recognised across the fitness industry. But more importantly — I've been where you are. That's what makes this different.
Qualifications tell you I know what I'm doing. My own experience tells you I understand what you're going through.
I only work with a small number of people at a time. Not as a sales tactic, but because I take this seriously.
When you work with me I am genuinely invested in your progress. I know what it took for you to get here. I know the courage it takes to admit you need help and to actually do something about it. I don't take that lightly.
If you're ready to stop waiting and start rebuilding — I'd genuinely love to work with you."
